Why did WWE use the word retirement?  Usually when someone leaves the WWE they get a best of luck in future endeavors and are released.  But the wording clearly said retired.  Odd.

Lets theorize:

WWE is pissed and doesn’t want AJ wrestling anywhere else.  No TNA or Ring of Honor or anywhere.

AJ is done as a wrestler and will follow her husband’s footsteps into the Octagon.

Or, as her weird hugs with Bayley lead many to believe, AJ is pregnant.  Her lack of in ring time at WrestleMania helps with this theory.
