This is the cover for the first appearance of DC comics character, Swamp Thing. The House of Secrets #92, from July 1971.

What I did not know before hand is that the woman on the cover is based off of Louise Simonson. The incredibly short list for Louise would be creator and writer for Power Pack, long run writing X-Factor, and editor for four years of Chris Claremont’s Uncanny X-Men run.
