Lets get to guessing what will happen tonight so I can get on the road to WrestleMania. As always, I’m predicting what I think will happen for WWE stories, not what I want or hope to happen.

Roman Reigns (Smackdown champion) vs Seth Rollins.

Brock Lesnar (Raw champion) vs Bobby Lashley.

Men’s Royal Rumble Match.

I’m grouping all of these together because I honestly don’t see a better WrestleMania main event than Brock vs Roman. I think both men will retain their titles leading to a double title match at Mania. It is even possible for Brock to enter the Rumble as a surprise just to win it and challenge Roman. My crazy prediction for names already announced would be for Kevin Owens to win and this furthers his partnership and eventual feud story with Seth Rollins.

Beth Phoenix and Edge vs Maryse and the Miz.

This story doesn’t continue into Mania, which means it has to end so Edge has time to start a new rivalry. Beth and Edge have looked amazing and them going over just makes the most sense. Neither Miz nor Maryse lose anything by losing this match.

Becky Lynch (Raw women’s champion) vs Doudrop.

Just not a chance Becky loses the title here. Doudrop was thrown into the mix quickly and it can be an interesting fight but it’s not her time. Becky holding and losing the title at Mania will make more sense.

Women’s Royal Rumble match.

I think Liv Morgan was building up a great connection with fans and took Becky to the limit. Out of names officially announced for the Rumble I think she would be a great pick. I’m thinking Mickie James is here because she will be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame this year. Bayley’s Instagram posts make me think she is no where near ready to come back. Unless she’s been storing up rehab posts for months and is actually much further ahead. Ronda Rousey is coming up as a possibility and I think the money match would be Ronda vs Becky with Ronda being the one to defeat Becky in the main event of this year’s Mania.

This is always one of the most fun shows of the year and I can’t wait to watch it tonight. As of this post there is no pre-show match but I wouldn’t be surprised if one is added before show time.
